Viewed property. Made a quick survey of immediate work to make cabin livable. Left first items to unpack. Took wheelbarrow wheels off to repair for making trips down the access road from the car.

Repaired wheelbarrow and packed down first group of possessions. Listed supplies needed for cleaning. Inventoried tools and other equipment on site. Met Postal Carrier. Met with group at Magic Kingdom and listened to ideas.

Packed down more possessions, gear, tools and supplies. Set up a rudimentary bed and a propane burner and gathered plans and supplies to make a cage for pet chinchillas. Spent the first night on Avalon.
