I am Q’uo. We greet this circle in the love and in the light of the One Infinite Creator. We are blessed and honored to be invited to this circle of seeking with you this day. We will reflect some upon our perception of this circle and the regular gathering that has occurred in this city, as you call it. For we are aware that this particular style of gathering has been recurring here, and we have been invited to join you for each of these gatherings these past years.1 And though we recognize that there is a new space/time in which this group gathers, and though there are new mind/body/spirit complexes among this group, there is an energy, or a vibration, or even a group song, as you may perceive it, that is carried forth with this group. Those who have been a part of this group have offered themselves to it, and their energy persists. And those who are new may tap into that regular crystallizing energy, and offer their own unique imprint upon it.

And as you gather each time, this energy continues to crystallize. It continues to form an interface for the love and the light of the One Infinite Creator to shine through you into this world. We would sometimes say that such a gathering generates light, but it is more accurate to say that it allows the light that is already present to be more readily perceived, to flow into your space/time, and to become more and more available to you and to your world. This is a great blessing for your planet, for as it continues its transition into the fourth density of love and understanding, it continues to call for the increased coherent light that you may offer through such gatherings.

We ourselves continue to contribute in our own way to such gatherings, and your invitation to us to join you and to offer our thoughts and opinions upon your queries allows us to take part in this glorious transformation of your planet that you are aiding through such gatherings.

And as we offer our thoughts and opinions, we would ask our perennial favor, and that is that you perceive our words as just that, opinions. We are reporting to you our own perceptions, our own experiences of our own journeys, and we understand that you may find this useful. It may inform you somewhat of the path that you currently tread, and the path that may be before you. But your path is your own, and you must define it and walk it yourselves. We do not wish to walk it for you. We only wish to walk next to you, and to offer what aid we can. We do not wish to be a stumbling block for you.

So, please take our words only insofar as they are useful to you, and if you find anything that is difficult, or objectionable, we ask that you set it aside. In doing so, you allow us to speak more freely, to speak with more clarity, and to speak more of our genuine thoughts and opinions.

And with that favor out of the way, we may say, we would ask if there is an initial query to which we may respond? We are Q’uo.

Thank you. When a seeker reads a Confederation transcript and holds the source in mind, they are sometimes filled with the feeling characteristic of that source. When such an impression comes, how can the seeker understand the relationship between the actual Confederation source, their guidance system, and the impression they’re feeling? Is the impression they’re receiving coming from the actual source itself, offered within the seeker’s free will, or is it their own deeper mind simply resonating with the vibration, or is it a blending of these? Thank you.

I am Q’uo, and I’m aware of the query, my sister. We wish to take care in responding to this question, with nuance and with caution, for there are many facets of this question that we may address.

We would begin by emphasizing that we offer our words to you as catalyst for you, that your journeys are indeed, as we have spoken, your own. It is not necessary, you may say, to be aided by us. This is an important aspect that we wish to emphasize again, for we would continue to speak upon our ability and how it is possible for us to join you, and how your own mind/body/spirit complex and your own guidance system may interact with us and with our words.

When a seeker becomes aware of our words, through whatever means, if there is no innate desire to connect with us, then the seeker is indeed only working upon the self. There is no resonance or alert to us, you may say, that we would join you. However, we find more and more, as more of your time passes, that there is a growing desire within the hearts of those seekers who become aware of our words, and indeed those people upon your planet, to reach out, to call to the Confederation of Planets in Service to the One Infinite Creator, to see your planet as one among many, among the stars, and to join us in some way and in some fashion.

It is this desire within the heart of the seeker that alerts us to your learning of our words, your perceiving of our teachings. When you combine this reading of our words with a desire within your heart, we are able to resonate with such desire. And indeed, it is our desire to be with you in some way.

But we would offer a caution, you may say, that there are various ways for us to interact with seekers when they have such a desire. We would ask that seekers who become aware of this desire, who find value in our words, to meditate deeply upon that desire, and to become mindful of that which they are calling for, become mindful of how they wish to receive our influence and our inspiration and our catalyst, for there are different ways for us to interact with you.

One of the primary ways, which is a great honor for us, is that which you are currently experiencing, and this is the direct transfer of information through vocal channeling: the manifestation of words and concepts into your space/time that may be shared, then, with other seekers upon the path. This we emphasize first, as requiring the most caution, for, as we would say, the universe is full of beings who wish to find windows into your space/time and to find ways to connect with your planetary population. Some of these beings, such as the Confederation that we are a part of, wish to aid your planet and offer influence along the lines of service to others. We wish to deliver messages of love and compassion, healing and unity.

But there are many other types of motivations, whether they be that of what we have called the Orion Confederation, the Orion group that wish to also have an influence upon your planet. They also are alerted to any seeker who wishes to open themselves up to receive such direct communication, to receive words and concepts that can then be shared and have influence on other seekers.

And even further, there are other types of entities, thought-forms, and astral beings that are alerted to opportunities of shining their light through you, if you desire to serve in this way. We would ask seekers who have the desire in their heart to connect with us as they read our words, to be careful in how they wish to receive our influence. For to become a channel for our words, such as the vocal channeling that we are experiencing now, does require training and care in order to receive the contact in a pure way; to receive the contact with the desire to not be influenced and to imbue messages that are not in alignment with the heart of the seeker. We would not dive deeply into this, you may say, for it is not our desire at this moment to teach or train those present the ways of vocally channeling. We would only say that to do so requires preparation and careful tuning in order to do so safely.

However, there are other ways in which we of the Confederation may offer ourselves to you, and this, you may say, is a safer route, a safer way to have influence, to receive our catalyst of inspiration, and this is much more personal, much more felt within the heart, much more visionary, or inward, you may say.

We have, in the past, offered ourselves to those who become aware of our words, emphasizing that if you desire to connect with us, you may do so through meditation. You may ask before sleep to allow our impression within your dreams, and in doing so, we are able to be with you in a way that is safe and beneficial, both for us and for the seeker, if they are able to grasp our presence and grasp our influence.

And this can be felt in various ways. This can be emphasized, you may say, through spiritual practices when reading, or listening, or absorbing our words in whatever way is appropriate for you; to become more intentional in receiving our thoughts, to make a point to ask yourself and ask your guidance system to open up and to allow us to be with you in gentle and safe ways. Then we are able to offer a sort of radiance, a more vague impression, and we can do so not just directly, but in congruence with your own guidance system. We can do so through your own dreams and your interactions with yourself and your unconscious and your higher self. We believe that this is at the heart of the query that was asked.

When reading our words and thinking upon what you identify as the source of these words, you can open yourself and desire to have a deeper experience, to have a deeper merging with us, and to dissolve those barriers between us. We are one. We are you, and you are us, and the separation between us is illusory. That illusion is useful and valuable to the Creator, but so is your desire and your will to dissolve that illusion, to have a deeper relationship.

We would emphasize that our words and our practice of speaking through instruments, through this group, and through other groups, has been ongoing for not just decades, but many, many years, in many, many forms. And in doing so, the inspiration that we have offered, merging with your unique selves, your unique social memory complex that is unconscious at the moment, allows our words to become more and more innate with your own social memory complex’s mind.

The fact that we have spoken at length many times upon similar concepts and have offered our thoughts upon many queries—and have been received, and read, and listened to by many seekers—allows our words, and our thoughts, and our beingness itself to become more and more one with you, as a planetary population.I In this way, when you connect with us through these so-called transcripts, you connect not just with us, but with your other-selves upon your planet who resonate upon the same frequency, who resonate with our words, whether they themselves have become aware of them or not.

There is a radiating influence that you offer to your planet, that all seekers similar to you have offered to your planet for many years, and that influence becomes itself a type of thought-form that becomes available to you, that can be more and more recognized, and can seem as though we are interacting in more direct ways. But indeed, this is a sign, rather, that you and we are becoming more similar, you may say—that your planet is indeed evolving through the third density and becoming a planetary social memory complex that will soon, in our perception, be born into the fourth density. And in doing so, you will join us, the Confederation of Planets in Service to the One Infinite Creator, in service to others, that you and we will become one in this sense, and our influence will be less of an influence and more of a mutual dance. This is already the case, you may say.

But the illusion that we are separate, that we have advanced in some way beyond you, is useful for you at this time as catalyst. And we must say that we gain as much from this as you do, that our dance together is also catalyst for us, and we are walking together upon the same path, and that path is one of love and one of light, leading to one ultimate destination of all beings within the one infinite creation; and that destination is, of course, the One Infinite Creator.

This is our ultimate message to you: that though it seems as though we offer words and inspiration that are beyond you, that this is not the case. We can only help to reveal within you that which is already there, that which you already are. We are indeed no different from you, and no more special, no more advanced, and no more further along the real path, the infinite path, for all is one.

We are those of Q’uo, and we are now with this instrument. It is with great joy that we join this circle to bear witness to the beauty of connection, of the shared path, of familiarity, of kinship. We are deeply inspired by the love that is being generated purely by existing in this space of acceptance and authenticity. My friends, trust that that love is felt even outside of this room, even outside of this city, of this planet, it is felt out throughout the universe, between galaxies, further and further, into and through the One Infinite Creator. It rings like a bell; it shines very brightly. Again, it is beautiful to witness.

It is with that gratitude we would ask if there is a query that we may speak to?

Thank you, Q’uo. This question is in considering the possibility of becoming a father. I feel overwhelmed lately by the responsibility/honor in potentially bringing a child into this complex world. What thoughts can you, Q’uo, offer for couples considering bringing a child into this world?

We are those of Q’uo, and we are aware of and appreciate this query, my brother. We can understand how many facets of the life experience one must consider before embarking on such an involved process. We do not mean to make this sound technical or mechanical, but there are many pieces to the bringing of life, the creation of next version, or fuller version, or further version of Creator through the act of love, so we can understand the overwhelm, the anxiety, the hesitancy.

We would impart first and foremost to have full faith, for you cannot make a wrong decision. You simply make decisions that present you with catalysts to help you learn and grow, to make the next decision and the next, like guiding lights on your journey.

We can also understand that this world, this planet, may seem chaotic, unstable, and even dangerous at times in your experience. That many things may appear to be unwell, diseased, untrustworthy. That relationships, on a macro and micro level, can feel strained, and that existence as you know it in your illusion can feel uncertain. But again, my friend, the first and most important step is to have faith. Trust that all is truly well underneath the various props and costumes we put on, the set design pieces, the foreground and the background. All dissolves away whenever one realizes the truth, to your, quote, “reality.” And that is that all is truly well, for all is one. All is the Creator, manifesting, creating, dancing with Itself, so that It may know further, more fully Itself, Its abilities, Its facets, Its various manifestations—in essence, Its infinity, that which is without bound or form.

We can see how making a decision to bring a life into this incarnation is a very big decision to make. We can, through the experience of this particular instrument, understand the desire, and perhaps how that desire, due to physical or circumstantial means, does not come to fruition. We can understand how lack of desire may create pressure when there is an expectation to follow that path.

Please understand that whatever decision you make or don’t make, that the catalyst you seek, the lessons you intend to learn, will present themselves one way or the other, and so that overwhelm you may feel at the prospect of creating life is a signpost, is a signal to you that there is something that is being asked to be viewed, to be understood, to be accepted, forgiven, healed, loved, transmuted.

That overwhelm, that anxiety will exist with or without this decision being made, and so we would suggest looking at that which is feeling like overwhelm. View it not only with your mind’s eye, but with your heart. Try to understand what it is telling you. What is this story I am being told? What beliefs arise from this story? And are those beliefs true? What is this telling me about me? First and foremost, am I coming upon fear, a sense of inadequacy, a desire to do different things in life?

Ask those questions of yourself in your times of meditation, in your spaces for contemplation. Really review them to understand why you have this feeling. Because again, my friend, that feeling is not [necessarily] specific to this situation, though it may seem as though [that is the case]. That lesson, whatever it is, will present one way or the other. Perhaps not tomorrow, but surely it will see you again.

And once you have looked through and made sense, or at least begun the journey of making sense of what this feeling is communicating to you, then you may begin to more fully examine the bigger decision, this decision of bringing life, or fostering the life one has. This is not to say that bringing a life into this incarnation precludes oneself from fully living one’s life. In fact, there is something very special about the relationship between parent and child. One that gives its own certain flavor of catalyst. That is a connection that is very unique. However, it is not limited to the biological family. That connection that you may seek between parent and child does not rely on blood and DNA alone. You may find those connections in your everyday life, be it the care of a plant, of an animal, the friend, of a family member. Family, in general, can be chosen.

It is not strictly through this biological process that family can be made. However, there is beauty as well to the biological process of making a family. There is the physical act, which is a sexual investment of loving energy, a true act of intimacy and authenticity, vulnerability, receiving and accepting. There is also the emotional and mental interaction that occurs in these types of decisions. The potential conversations about commitment, about planning, about shared journey, about shared intention. That, too, is very powerful and informative to the soul. Gifting again many opportunities for catalyst.

It is a most precious creation and process that you go through. How humbling it is to realize your creatorship through the actual act of creation in a way that is visible and tangible in your third-density illusion. You are, in your veiled vision, fully creating something from pure love, and that is beautiful.

Again, my friend, have faith and trust that if that path is chosen, doing so with the tenets of an open heart, of curiosity, of acceptance, of patience, and of grace will be a rewarding walk for you, and also trust that if the decision is not to walk that path, that there is still so much beauty, that you are still Creator creating your illusion, that you are still afforded the opportunities to practice grace and patience, acceptance, and open heart, and that perhaps the true child entity that needs to be fostered and tended to is yourself.

There are infinite possibilities for the seeker wishing to experience parenthood in this illusion, the 3D version of your child, that inner child that exists within you, the planet as a whole, and everything in between. Again, you cannot make a wrong decision, and I know that may feel daunting, or perhaps it feels freeing. Ultimately, taking the time to examine that which feels like friction one way or the other. What feels like a pull one way or the other? What is keeping you in motion in one direction or the opposite direction?

Examining that and understanding what it is telling you about you will be helpful in understanding that which is next for you. Take the time to examine those feelings. Take intentional time with your partner to examine that which you desire out of this incarnation, and do so with much grace. Do that with curiosity. Do that with empathy, and patience, fully hearing one another, fully understanding where the other-self is coming from—and my friend, take time for yourself.

You may find that over time your desire waxes or wanes. You may embark on one journey and feel regret. That too, my friend, is a great opportunity to learn love, to learn to tend to oneself or to tend to other-self with the loving hand, the gentle touch, and fear not.

Though this planet may seem chaotic, may seem violent, what is really true at the core is that this planet and all of creation is made by love. That is the only atom of matter. It is simply distorted through your illusion. You can provide that environment of love and safety in your own personal experience to yourself and to your other-selves by simply existing within it and trusting it.

When you can embody that love more fully, and you allow faith to guide you, and you hone your will, you create the paradise which you seek. You act as a bastion of hope and strength, and so the feeling of overwhelm of bringing a child into that environment will fall away. For you are creating the paradise. You are instilling in that other-self the tools and the inspiration to vibrate more vibrantly, more purely, without distortion of fear.

My friend, we leave you simply with our full support. Know that if you need guidance or even loving touch as you embark on this path of decision-making, you simply need to call upon us, call upon your higher self. And know that even without calling upon us, we are beside you every step of the way. We are supporting you, just as you are unknowingly, unconsciously supporting us. We are Creator, walking with Creator, witnessing Creator upon Creator’s path. You can’t escape Creator.

Yes, Q’uo. Thank you. The question is: Please elaborate on the topic of sacrifice. What is the importance of sacrifice in this density? How can one be mindful or take account of it in the different polarities of service to self and service to others, while at the same time wanting to have a meaningful and fulfilled life, making the most out of this incarnation. We are those of Q’uo, and we thank you, our brother, for vibrating this question, and we thank the question-asker for the spiritual orientation upon this important question of sacrifice. For it is rightly perceived that it is indeed an intrinsic part of the fabric of the incarnation in the third density, not only important, but a necessary portion of that path which seeks to polarize the consciousness in one direction or the other and transform, as the self, from its illusory perspective, moves closer and closer to the unity.

We may define sacrifice in a simple way by describing it as that act of releasing or giving up that which is valued by the self for the—we correct this instrument—in the service of a higher value, as it is perceived, or higher calling, or that which is of greater meaning and purpose to the self.

You may consider, our friends, your presence in this circle this weekend and this moment, and the sacrifices you made to be among one another, to share and be reminded of the sacred quality that rests and springs eternal from and through your hearts, that which you sought to awaken and accentuate when in the company and in the magic of other opened hearts.

Or, as we were exploring in the previous question, the great and ongoing sacrifices made by those who pursue the path of serving as guides and parents to the creation and rearing and growing of new life. For, as those of you who are serving in that capacity currently, or may know those who do serve, know, the sacrifices are indeed great in order to give oneself to the raising of the child or the children. To undergo this transformation, there is much that must be set aside, released, and given up in order to be available, in order to devote time and energy and consciousness.

In the common spiritual example, you may see the path of the renunciate, who, from their perspective, releases all attachments to the material world and the roles played within that world in order to pursue single-mindedly, as they perceive the path, seeking and communing with the One Creator, and so on and so on.

Your consciousness, though infinite in its truest essence, is invested in a game of manifestation of finite qualities, where to choose right necessarily means to not choose left, and vice versa; where mutually exclusive, finite possibilities cannot be held simultaneously; where one [possibility] must be released in order to make a choice and to walk a desired path.

It is the upward-moving spiritual journey that calls upon the self to release or sacrifice those paths that call to the unawakened self: perhaps of comfort, of convenience, of, as you may see it, self-gratification, of desire to control outcomes, the allure of the trappings and riches of an illusory world, including perhaps the status, or the wealth, or that which inflates the ego, and so forth.

We wish not to convey that the path of sacrifice is a dreary, downtrodden one, where one releases all sources of pleasure and joy in a grind of deprivation, of not tending to the true needs of the self, of adding more and more weight onto the back of the self in the name of this perceived sacrifice. No, our friends, the sacrifice of the upward-moving journey is one whereby, as the layers of the outer identity—or the false self, or the illusory, separation-bound individual self—are peeled away, there is greater and greater truth revealed underneath. There is greater and greater perspective, and ability, and power, and love, and wisdom made available to the entity. There is greater and greater contact with beingness itself. That beingness which is inherently, inextricably, one and the same as joy, as bliss, as beauty, as truth.

These infinite treasures await the spiritual seeker, guarded and hidden deeply within the heart. But in order to access them, [it is] require of the seeker that they, over time, and through disciplined will and faith, learn to release their attachments to an illusory identity in a seemingly material world.

This may be the work of the moment as a choice is made gently, or even dramatically; and it is definitely the work which transpires over the long run, as you may say, over the years and the lifetimes. It is a journey that we of the Confederation continue to walk as we shed nuances and aspects of an illusory identity in order to move, as we may see it, closer and closer to the One.

And upon this journey, these sacrifices constitute, at each step, a death and rebirth. Many deaths, many rebirths, many transformations. As the self moves across a threshold or boundary into a new mode of activity and beingness, ever more and more transparent to the One. It is a dynamic of releasing attachment to and investment in a finite world and identity in order to reveal an infinite reality that had already been fully present. Always and forever. To release this entanglement with space and time. To rediscover the eternity upon which the self sits, right now, and right now, and always now. To, as you may frame it, let go of the ego-self gradually, over time, in order to embrace the self, the all-self. To let go of limitations in order to discover the unlimited self.

The paradox, our friends, is that as self-realization deepens and the Creator is discovered, it is understood, or discerned, or experienced that the Creator is in all things. There is no place, or time, or experience, or moment, or phenomenon of the world where the Creator is not, even in the seeming vices or distractions, or corrupted places, or darkened areas.

But in order to see and allow this truth to arise within the being, it is necessary to, as you may conceive of it, pull back the awareness, to divest the awareness from an identity of form which pits itself against such a world, which finds countless causes to be in resistance, to reject the sacred quality of this and all moments in order to discover the self as formless awareness and to make this fundamental differentiation such that—from the place of beingness, of formless awareness, of infinite self—the limitless light and love of the Creator may shine upon the myriad forms of your world, and reveal those forms for what they are. That being, aspects of a great and vast creation designed by Love itself.

Each iota of creation being, to the outer eyes, a package or a gift, within which, once opened with clear eyes and an open heart, is revealed the gift of the One, the gift of the fully realized presence of the One, such that whatever the situation encountered, whatever, to your relative system of ethics, may be the judgment, the Creator is there, and there, and there, and always here.

And the illusion, thus, need not be controlled or manipulated as such, but may be embraced in its full spectrum of duality and possibility, for its seeming brutality and kindness, seeming ugliness and beauty, seeming harm and care.

These layers, which preclude this realization, must undergo a process of being burnt off by the hard fires of catalyst, often, or intentionally released and rendered transparent to the One.

We would conclude our response, our friends, by placing sacrifice in the context within which we intend to be that ultimately which is an honor and something undertaken in love and free giving. There is, of course, a spectrum of resistance, and this we encourage you, our friends, to be mindful of. For the deeper the resistance, the more there is attachment present to that which is asking to be released, or as you may see it, sacrificed. There is a resistance to moving over the threshold, to enter a new chapter, or new phase, or new moment, perhaps due to the fear of the unknown, perhaps due to a fixation or addiction, or a sense that this or that crutch is needed to support the self, to supplement the identity.

We encourage you, our friends, to, where appropriate, release the grip as best as possible, in the faith that that which you need is always provided and is on its way to you in accordance with the purity and strength of your desire to seek and to serve the One Creator; that even if you cannot see the next step ahead, much less the subsequent or the subsequent, that you may proceed without knowing what comes next or what may be around the corner, or what may be the outcome of your choice, but proceed nevertheless, our friends, for you cannot make a mistake.

Your quest or purpose is to refine and refine again your desire to seek and to serve the One, which is to say, to discover who and what you already are and always have been.

We are those of Q’uo, and we thank this circle and this instrument and these instruments for their processes of challenging [our contact] and the sacrifices that they have made in order to be of service in their particular way, and we would transfer our contact to the one known as Austin. For once your time together concludes in your veiled perception, you will go your separate ways, and you will re-enter your busy lives in a world that, from the outer appearances, can be chaotic and busy.

But we would encourage you to perceive more and more with your heart. To perceive more and more with that energy center and that organ that sees through such illusions, and recognize that your time together here has allowed you to feel and embody the truth and the eternity of the One Infinite Creator; and that you are not separate, though it seems that you will be going your own separate ways, you will always be together as one; and, as you may feel drained or struggle in your lives, to tap back into this truth that you have together been able to perceive. In doing so, you will then radiate that truth to the world, and allow this planet to continue its own journey, continue its sacred steps along the path of transformation of being born into the fourth density.

It is our honor, and our great, great duty, to be with you in this process. And we, again, thank you from the depths of our own hearts, and acknowledge that indeed our hearts are your hearts, for we are one.
