Q’uo
I am Q’uo. We greet this circle, through this instrument, in the light and in the love of the One Infinite Creator. We thank this circle, and we are honored by your invitation to join you in this sacred circle of seeking in this sacred place. It is a new experience for this particular circle and us to join you in this particular place, but we feel called, you may say, to this space.
For in our perception and our experience, we see and feel the blessings that this space has received for many of your years. There have been many groups doing sacred work here, and the angelic energies and crystallized light has been invoked to bring the presence of the One Infinite Creator to this space. And this presence rings like a bell inviting entities such as us, the Confederation of Planets in Service to the One Infinite Creator, and also you, intrepid seekers, those within the third density. Though you may not hear this call with your ears, you have felt it within your heart, and it is no coincidence that you, as a group, have arrived here together.
And it is no coincidence also that we join you here together in this moment, where we may all experience the blessings of this space and allow ourselves to rest within the eternity of the love and light of the One Infinite Creator that has been invoked and made present by not just your own circle but by all who have come before you. And all who will come after you. To be invited to join you is indeed both an honor and a service to us. For it is through our offering of our opinions and our perspectives through instruments such as this, that we are able to progress, you may say, upon our own journeys.
And to that end, we would ask our typical favor or a disclaimer, and that is that you view and receive our words as opinions and as our own perspective that we have gained upon our own journey. And that these words only serve as inspiration or catalyst for you upon your journey. That they are not accepted without being weighed against your own heart, without being compared to your own discernment. In granting us this favor, you allow us to speak more freely. You allow us to join you more closely, and you allow us to be more with this group and to share with this group those things that we wish to share that may then inspire you upon your journey.
We thank you for this favor and for this invitation. And at this time, we would ask if there is a first query with which we may begin? We are Q’uo.
K
Thank you, Q’uo. Our first question is, as artificial intelligence becomes an increasingly powerful presence in daily life, how may a seeker engage with it or choose the degree of attention given to it with wisdom and balance? What principles support remaining oriented to service while navigating any energetic or soul-level dynamics that may arise when attention is offered to these systems, including the possibility that such attention could function in a draining or absorbing manner? We ask for the light of principle that we may move skillfully and consciously in this catalyst.
Q'uo
I am Q’uo and am aware of the query, my brother. We again appreciate the opportunity to speak upon this topic that your peoples have named artificial intelligence. We recognize that this type of technology or tool has made a significant impact upon your culture and your society. We have spoken about this impact before. We have offered our thoughts and insights into the state of this influence upon your seeking, and thus, we would offer in this setting a new perspective, you may say, one that accounts for the very quickly changing and evolving way in which this technology has an impact upon you as a people.
We would reiterate some thoughts about the so-called artificial intelligence, and that is that this is, indeed, from our perspective, an incredibly impactful and complex influence upon you as a culture and as a society. Indeed, we ourselves struggle to perceive the extent of this influence. Our own perceptions are not perfect, you may say, in how we can understand the advent, the invention, the offering of this technology, and how you as a peoples engage with it.
However, we do have some insights, you may say, into the general principles in approaching the use of this technology, particularly for those seekers upon the path of service to others. We must also add a caveat, you may say, that there are very significant aspects of this technology which we cannot comment upon due to the Law of Confusion. For it is serving as such a significant catalyst that you, as a peoples, are responsible for navigating this catalyst with your own discernment, with your own ability to grapple with it. And for us to speak wholly and fully about our perception of it would be to learn on your behalf, which would be inappropriate in our eyes as we wish to preserve the free will of your planet.
This is indeed a great turning point upon your planet. The bringing forth of this technology is a result of the evolving energies upon your planet—as we have spoken before with many types of technologies, particularly those types of technologies that have such a significant influence that they can impact many peoples the world over—the more and more that you, as a peoples, grapple with the oncoming fourth-density energies, which are energies that promote the connection between peoples, which attempt to bring forth the social memory complex that lays dormant within your unconscious minds, that is asking to be realized and brought forth through you. These technologies that have a greater impact reflect the nature of your true connection with your other-selves being realized in different ways. The ability of you, as seekers, to connect with your other-selves through technologies—whether in meaningful, deep, and loving ways, or destructive ways—is indicative of the light of fourth density attempting to shine through you as beings that have distortions and wounds that are asking to be healed, so that the light of fourth density can shine ever more clearly and ever more brighter through you.
This is a dynamic that we wish to highlight yet again: that the use and manifestation of these technologies necessarily include those distortions of your social complexes that are asking and, in some cases, begging to be addressed by you as a peoples. You may examine deeply the influence that such technologies have upon you as a peoples in order to understand and learn where these distortions are in order to discover them, so that you may bring them to light and bring them within yourself as you open your heart to your other-selves and allow these distortions to be understood and healed. This is the influence of the fourth density and the task of your planet at this time.
We also appreciate the framing of this question in which the attention is addressed—the nature of such technologies as the artificial intelligence to absorb, as you have phrased it, your attention, to drain your attention. Indeed, this is not a unique aspect of this new technology. For new technologies, as they have always been invented, have had the capacity to offer distraction, to offer sleep, to allow the self to give in, you may say, to the impulses of the very basic body, the very basic drive to seek comfort, to avoid that which is uncomfortable, to engage with something that makes sense in the moment in order to avoid the mystery of the deeper self. You may even picture, as we are giving the image to this instrument, the so-called caveman drawing upon the walls with the newfound understanding of manifesting images. This caveman may spend his entire day not seeking within the creation about him but instead drawing these images. For they are familiar, and the process of this allows him to remain sedated.
You may say this has been an aspect of the external technologies since they have existed. We have seen through this instrument’s mind the notion that tools themselves are neutral, and any tool may be used for good or bad purposes, for positive seeking, for sleep, or for negative sleeping—we correct this instrument—for the negative polarity. However, we would point out that while this is fundamentally true, there is an aspect of scale that is very important to examine in such technology. For the hammer is a tool, yet so is the nuclear reactor, and these things can have very different types of influence depending on how you as individuals (but also you as a society) grapple with them.
This is an important thing to consider as you attempt to understand the influence and how you may relate to the so-called tool of artificial intelligence. The scale at which this technology, this engaging tool, influences you as a peoples is unknown even by us, but we can say that its influence is far greater than even those among you who perceive the great influence believe. Indeed, it is, from our perspective, a rapidly growing and rapidly changing landscape.
And from this angle, we would return to this question of attention. For it is our understanding that attention is, in your hands as seekers upon the path of service to others, one of your greatest tools. It is through the attention that you are able to hone your will, to express your will. And it is through your will that you make choices, and indeed, your entire purpose for being here within the third density is to make the Choice. The Choice that we offer with the big “C.”
It is indeed, as we have said before, the axis upon which the creation turns. The choice that you make here, in this density, defines your own journey for the rest of your incarnations, and it is through your attention and your will that this Choice may be understood within this veiled density.
Thus, to question the influence of this technology upon your attention is what we would call a wise question, and one that, before we address any deeper, we encourage each seeker to ponder deeply for their own selves, because it is indeed your own attention and your own will that you, as sovereign individuals, must wield and must take ownership of. For we have been examining, in this response, the great influence of this technology upon you as a society, but you, as individual seekers, must reckon with your own relationship to it as individuals. And it is only through this reckoning, as individuals, that you may then have an influence, you may say, upon your social complexes that relate to these technologies.
We offer our perspective that many of these technologies, as they exist in their current form, serve to capture the attention: sometimes by intention of the creators but sometimes through accident. Although we would point out that these two things are not dissimilar. That the intention of the creators to capture your attention is indeed itself a societal distortion, which is asking to be examined, which is asking to be healed, and asking to be understood. To reckon with this technology and to understand how these technologies absorb your attention is important for you, as an individual, to then relate to it in a responsible way that allows you to wield your attention, to wield your will towards that choice that you wish to make. To allow your attention to be given away is to sleep and to avoid the making of this Choice and to allow, in some senses, the Choice to be made for you.
We would emphasize that such sleep is not in itself negatively polarizing. The individuals who seek comfort and seek distraction through the use of such tools as artificial intelligence are just that—merely sleeping. There may be some aspect of negative polarization in those who intend to capture your attention, who intend to use such captured attention towards the manipulation and the sequestering of power. However, we would encourage the individual seekers to only pay attention to such intentions with an open heart and an understanding that this attention that is captured is indeed given freely by each individual. Though there are entities who are very good, you may say, at using such technologies to capture your attention, you have within yourself the ability to discover your own sovereignty and, in so doing, act as a beacon or as a lighthouse for all those around you to similarly see and understand their own sovereignty, to understand their own ability, to wield their own attention, to make that choice of love in every moment.
To elaborate somewhat more upon this captured attention, we would encourage seekers to examine how these technologies are used by the individual and by the self. There is an aspect of, what we would call, mindfulness needed in the use and manifestation of these technologies. Many upon your planet who have been exposed and have easy access to these technologies use them in quite a mindless way. Such technologies have given you great potential. They have offered a substitute for manifesting realities and manifesting desires and make it very easy to tap into your deep mind and make it seem real, to bring forth that which you sense as possible within your collective social complexes and bring it before you, so you may see it with your eyes or hear it with your ears.
The ability of individuals to simply state to these technologies what they wish to receive, and receive some facsimile of that desire, is very enticing. It can be intoxicating to be caught in this loop of offering a desire and having it given immediately, but we would ask you to examine deeply whether or not this is satisfying to you as seekers, or your other-selves that you witness engaging in this loop. To offer a desire to the artificial intelligence that manifests it in some way is indeed a sort of cycle that does not reach deep into the heart of self. It can serve instead to offer that basic comfort, that basic excitement, that then pulls your attention away from the more essential world around you. That world that is asking for your attention in other ways. That is calling for you to be of service, to offer your open heart, to walk among your other-selves and see them. To witness their faces and their eyes so that you may connect with them in their souls. To allow yourself to, instead, get lost in the manifestation of fascinating realities is to give away your power.
We would offer a final thought about this use of the artificial intelligence, and that is that, as we spoke earlier, tools can be seen as neutral and used for any purpose wielded by the individual. And we would offer a somewhat practical hint or tip for how you may approach such use, and that is, before engaging with these technologies, to take a moment to seek within your own heart and to seek within your own mind and ask if it is necessary to utilize this technology to bring forth that which you are seeking. To ask yourself if you, as an individual full of the infinite potential of the One Infinite Creator, may bring forth that which you desire without utilizing such technology. For indeed, seekers such as yourself upon the path of service to others wish to express the love and the light of the One Infinite Creator in many and various ways, and this can be done with any type of technology. But to engage with your own heart and your own mind in a gentle and patient way so that you yourself are able to manifest and bring forth that which you are seeking is to acknowledge your own creatorhood. It is to honor your own nature as the One Infinite Creator. It is to recognize that you are not simply a minor being beholden to this technology. That you do not need to use any technology, any artificial intelligence to recognize the love in the moment and to seek within the self this love.
Contemplating the question of how and whether to engage with this technology will yield your own guidance on how you may responsibly and, in alignment with your own polarity, use such technologies.
We again appreciate the opportunity to speak upon this query. For it is quite relevant, and we would simply remind you each that whatever you do, however you walk this path upon this planet, you have within you everything that you need to become fully yourself, to realize your full self and understand that you are not separate from those about you. That you are one with all around you, and that one is indeed the One Infinite Creator. And in recognizing this, free from any need for technology or artificial intelligence, you may shine like the brightest star in the center of the infinite universe as the One Infinite Creator.
At this time, we would take leave of this instrument and transfer the contact to the one known as Trisha. We are Q’uo.
(Trisha channeling)
Q’uo
We are those of Q’uo, and we are now with this instrument. As it has been said, we come to you with much gratitude and inspiration to witness this gathering of connection. These souls that dance with one another, though seemingly having never met before or having only met in very diffuse ways through your so-called technologies. We see the happiness abounding. We see the smiles, the shared histories, and we are again inspired. For we know that your journey in third density on this planet can at times be very lonesome, and so it brings us much joy to witness your joy, to feel your joy. Know that that loving vibration not only exists within this circle, but that it bounds outward into the universe in ways and numbers that are unknown. They are infinite. They are truly blessings to all, and we thank you for that blessing. We thank you for the invitation to be here to speak with you, to share our own insights, and we hope that we are of some aid.
And with that, we would ask if there is a query to which we may speak. We are those of Q’uo.
T
Hello Q’uo. When anger arises, is remaining silent more aligned with STO than sharing one’s feelings, given that the latter may offer emotional energy the other-self has not requested, and could thus tilt, even slightly, toward STS? What principles govern these dynamics of expression, free will, and polarity?
Q'uo
We are those of Q’uo, and we are aware of and appreciative of this query, my sister. We can understand how, within this society, this culture, this experience, and perhaps even through your own spiritual lens, the expression of anger may seem to be a taboo subject. There is a desire to not express this particular emotion for fear, or for desire to be of service, or to abstain from hurting or impacting other-self, and we appreciate that insight and consideration for the other-self. It is very kind. It is gentle. However, we would also state that all emotions are divine. That manifestation, regardless, is divine. That every feeling, every thing, every tangible item, every other-self, every environment, and every situation is imbued with love. For it cannot be imbued with anything else. That is the foundation. That is the cornerstone of all existence, even that which is known as anger. And so, we appreciate that there is this concern for the impact of the other-self when expressing that which you call anger, and we would state that it is how that anger is expressed that is perhaps the first point of discussion.
Anger can take on many forms, as you know. Anger can be on a spectrum from the incredibly violent, rage-filled expressions to the minor frustrations, the microaggression, you may call it. What is important is the acts thereafter, the manifestation of the emotion. Yes, it is important not to be violent. For we understand that you wish not to be of harm. However, the Creator is constantly learning of Itself through you on this planet, through all of creation and all of creation’s interaction with other creation. And so, again, we appreciate the desire to not engage in the more violent expressions of anger. However, anger is still love, simply distorted. So when you feel anger come up within your being, we would suggest that you examine it as quickly as you can or as is comfortable within you. Take note of what that feels like. If this is not something you can do instantaneously, and we completely understand if not, then we would suggest that you allow yourself to be authentic.
The truest, brightest version of yourself is the one that is authentic. That is the most vibrant light you can share. We know that may put you and other-self in an uncomfortable situation. That that might provide catalyst that is painful for both you and other-self. And we would invite you to explore that. That once that anger is expressed, what you do with that, that pain, that tension, that catalyst between you and other-self. Seek always for acceptance and understanding, not just for the other-self that has seemingly triggered this reaction, but for the self.
For in reality, the reaction was and always is within you. It is your responsibility. And as you express this anger authentically, witness what comes up. For you are providing potent catalyst for the other-self as well. Understand that if there is pain involved in that anger, that is again a manifestation of Creator in creation. Understand that it may have impact. That it may injure a relationship. And so, once you are able to manifest that anger authentically, you can take a deep breath. You can look with loving eyes on the other-self and, just as importantly, on the self. And you can find pathways towards acceptance, towards understanding, towards forgiveness, and towards healing. We realize that that may be a challenging topic or piece of information to digest. For again, one does not mostly wish to express anger, especially to those that one loves and cares about.
The next step of walking through the terrain that you have set a foot upon is of great importance. And through this instrument, we see the importance of the apology, of the genuine feeling of sorrow for the manifestation of the anger or for the pain that the other-self has been catalyzed. And so being able to work through that anger, expressing yourself as clearly as possible with other-self, is also an important step in that direction towards the balancing of this anger. Putting a narrative or a descriptor to your anger, so that other-self may understand where that anger is seated, can be helpful, but always important in understanding where that anger is seated is the factor and the element that it is ultimately seated within you. Other-self does not produce your anger. That is your responsibility, and when you can hold it with love, with a gentle touch, you can express it. And you can help other-self to understand that your anger is not a reflection on them. If done quickly, or if done with an open heart, or even if done over many months but with pure intentions, situations that involve anger can be dissolved and provide immense wells for personal growth, for spiritual evolution. For you begin to see the dynamics that afforded you this opportunity, this great opportunity.
My friends, sometimes the most painful experiences, most uncomfortable situations, are those that provide you the richest of treasures. They provide you the opportunities to find true unconditional love for self in all self’s imperfect perfection. And so, we would say to the element of the question of whether expressing anger is a tip towards the service-to-self orientation or [has] an effect on polarity is what you do with that anger—that is important. It is how you set it right. How you find balance within the anger. How you remove the distortion that is anger to uncover its reality underneath, which is love. Love that has been veiled in some way to create a response within you that is catalyzing, that is, in some ways, instinctual to your nature. In this environment, where you feel separate from other-self, where you have identity, where you have that which you want to care and keep safe, you may feel guarded or infringed upon, and anger may erupt in such ways. But finding the truth of love underneath can remove those boundaries, so that you may see, ultimately, everything is perfect. Great care towards the impact of other-self can have many shades and flavors.
Again, we would suggest the continued dialogue with other-self, the taking responsibility of the action, of recognizing that other-self plays no part in your reaction other than providing catalyst. That you are the true author of your story, and that all creation, in a paradoxical way, is also that author.
My friends, every emotion is a moment in your timeless novel of experience. It provides a rich, deep experience for creation to further know itself. Even uncomfortable moments like this, all are beautiful. And so, we stress that having kindness and acceptance for yourself not only allows you to work through this anger in the moment and in the moments thereafter, and the moments upon moments upon moments thereafter, it is also the balm to help you when you encounter that anger again, and not only anger, but fear, judgment, even the emotions that you view as positive.
Shame, insecurity, all these emotions can be better understood when one has full acceptance of self in a loving and kind way. Seeing oneself as the child who is attempting to make sense of this playground, and the mother who extends her loving arms to hold the child, knowing that it can be very confusing and overwhelming, and you will trip, you will fall. But that you always have the ability to stand back up, to take note of why you tripped, and to continue forward in faith.
We recognize that anger and fear underlie a lot of the events you see around the planet right now, and we hold you close in that regard. Knowing that when anger is felt on global levels, regional levels, and national levels it can be challenging to live one’s own personal life in your identity, separated self, without feeling touched by that anger, or perhaps feeling like you’re on the receiving end of that anger. This honest work of knowing and understanding anger is so important. For the longer you spend in anger and you get to know anger and you forgive anger and you wish it well, you thank it for its opportunity, the sooner you find that peace, and then you begin to radiate that peace outward to your other-selves. You begin to offer opportunities to then be the receiving of the anger and may begin to be a beacon of inspiration for that other-self who reacted to you with anger, showing others how it is okay. I still love you. I forgive you. I wish you well. You are perfect. For that’s all that you can be.
Again, we are very appreciative of this question. We understand that there is much that could be mined on this emotion of anger, but just know that it is a cornucopia from which you can select; on some conscious level, you can find that which expresses yourself more fully. And you can do so with more love, more light. It is with practice, it is with faith, it is with the honing of your will that you will find that means of expressing yourself.
And to one final piece that we would speak, it is the element of the infringement upon other-self. This concern that, by engaging in the emotion of anger with an other-self, that there is a stepping into their emotional space potentially, for lack of better phrasing. We would state that, yes, there is always impact, and there are always ways to improve and to find love in the moment, to come back to center and balance with this other-self. But there are also many agreements made long before your incarnation, that you and other-self might have a moment like this, or moments like this. And that you may see this other-self with much gratitude. Thank you for being on the receiving end of this emotion and thank you to self for the space to emote. Always finding love at the center of these encounters that are painful or uncomfortable will help you find that peace, that knowing of unity underneath, that we are all dancing on this stage, attempting to know what this play is about. And with that, the tension surrounding the encounter may begin to lessen, to fade away, and you may begin to see the gift of the veiled experience and the truth that is beyond the veil.
We want to thank you again for this opportunity to speak to this experience of emotive states. And we would say that, when in doubt, know that you are doing whatever you can because all that is, is this moment. And it is again perfectly imperfect. Fearing that this has perhaps gone into several spirals through this instrument as she struggles to maintain full focus, we would, with much gratitude and grace, take leave of this instrument and transfer our contact to the one known as Gary. With joy, we are those of Q’uo.
(Gary channeling)
Q’uo
We are those known to you as the principle of Q’uo, and we share our energy with each of you present in this circle in this space. And at this time, we would ask if there is a final query to which we may humbly share our thoughts. We are those of Q’uo.
D
The question is, in my life, I feel the continuous challenge of being a parent and a pull towards being a monk. I feel that in my role as boss, parent, and a monk, I do neither fully. I would like to meditate all day and live in silence. I would like to spend time with my children and give them my full direction as a mentor and a guide. I feel like I fail in both, and I know that both roles are a beautiful service to others. How, Q’uo, might I let go of the imperfection in these two roles and let go of the guilt of confusion, to offer the best of myself as a whole person: the parent, the monk, and the human?
Q'uo
We are those of Q’uo and thank you for vibrating this question, our brother. And we would be glad to speak to a query that is not just upon the mind of this particular questioner, but is alive within many hearts of those upon the spiritual journey. For when the inner light is awakened within the self, a hunger and desire and yearning begin to develop for communion with the Creator, for seeking the truth and for the giving of the self to the spiritual discipline.
That inner light within you, which arises from infinite being, recognizes the golden, precious opportunity of a seeming chapter or two or three within an illusion of separation, which offers to the entity a profound opportunity to accelerate the journey, to make great, as you may see from your perspective, progress, to experience a richness and beauty and intensity that is unavailable to the soul upon other realms to achieve, to grow, to play. And it seems for such a seeker burning within their heart that they are confined or shackled by that which may be their responsibilities and their duties and their commitments. And these responsibilities and spiritual desires may seem to be at odds—as if, due to one’s commitments, the seeker remains unable to devote the self to a full-time seeking of the Creator and study of spiritual literature and spending time in silence.
We would offer for your consideration, our friends, that this is both an assumption and an error in perception. It is not required of the self that they set aside the so-called world in order to progress, in order to discover the Creator within the self and all things. For that world which seems to distract one or consume the best of one’s energies is nothing other than the Creator which one so earnestly seeks and yearns for. It is a matter of perception, our friends.
Yet, you wish to spend clock time in the seeking, to devote your hours, your mornings, your evenings, and your afternoons in the practice of the spiritual discipline and the seeking. Our friends, this can be brought to bear on virtually any role or vocation or circumstance. It is a matter of your attention. We acknowledge that it is not easy in the day-to-day world, particularly when raising children, to sustain this presence, this attention, and this seeing, but the difficulty of doing so is in proportion to the possibility of growth and service and profound realization of the Creator through the development of the will and the faith that such opportunity offers.
The path of the parent—as contrasted to that of the monk, as the question framed it—is one of the most difficult available to those of your planet, my friends. The daily unremitting sacrifice and devotion and giving of the self to an other or others is a testing and a development of the will and the faith to seek and to serve that the monk may not quite have the benefit of in their quietude and perhaps solitude. The parent is offered enormous and profound opportunity to work upon many, many balances within the self to activate and clear and refine each and every energy center, particularly that of learning to love without condition. For as every parent will know, the child presents to the parent or the guardian many mirrors, which reflect back to the parent the limitations upon their patience, upon their ability to accept, or perhaps forgive, or communicate with clarity and compassion. And the relationship of the parent to the child is one which is a case study unto itself of the dynamics of free will, and how the free will of the other-self will be honored or abridged, manipulated or supported, and how these two or more free wills will learn to relate and harmonize or disharmonize.
The monk in their studies, who may burn equally, has not these opportunities of the parent, this ocean of catalysts that may greet the parent on a day-to-day basis. Both seeming roles offer the entity the opportunity for patience and endurance, the cultivation of will and faith, the training of the attention, and so on.
We would encourage he or she or they who are serving in such capacity to embrace this role, as if the Creator Itself has given this role to the self. For that is the case. Each duty, as we of the Confederation have identified it, is also a magnificent honor for the opportunity to exist at all, for the self to be in such a circumstance that is before itself in this moment. There are no mistakes or accidents from the higher perspective. One is not in the “wrong place.” One is given precisely the opportunity that they need, and that opportunity may be honored, embraced, and used to discover the Creator-as-the-self through acceptance, through total commitment, and through sacrifice.
We understand that to be the parent means necessarily often to not read the desired book, to not meditate as one would prefer, and then to suffer the various consequences upon the energy levels and the nervous system, and the seeming lack of time for self-introspection that feeds the soul. This question, too, is part of the balances that the parent must strike, but this too is why it is a path of sacrifice. This sacrifice itself is, of itself, a gift and part of the learning and the evolution of the spirit and mind and body.
We would take a moment also to remind you, our friends, that you have played more roles than you can imagine, and you will play many more. You have had the lifetimes in the monastic setting. You have had the lifetimes in the extremely social settings. For the wanderer, you have had, as you may see it, eons of time spent going inward in study and in silence. And now here you are, at this particular juncture, doing what is given for you to do.
And we would take this opportunity to invite each within the circle into intentional silence. As we pause, we ask that you tune your attention away, shall we say, from the distracted mind in order to be fully present here in the stillness and the silence of the moment. We pause.
[About a 30-second pause]
We offered this moment of silence to you, our friends, to remind you that silence is always available to you. It may be hidden to your perception because of a noisy environment or, more fundamentally and importantly, as you may see, a noisy mind. But even in the most hectic and busy of days, with disciplined intention and prayerful attitude one may pause the chaos, the busyness, the roaring river in order to drop into the eternal moment and consciously abide in silence, even if, by your clock time, it is a fleeting glimpse.
In so doing, you have turned your mind to the Creator. For the Creator awaits you always in silence and stillness, and you need not, upon an outer level, be, as you would see it, perfectly still and silent in order to experience this Creator. You may do so through the doorway of love, which is the Creator’s nature, which is how the One Infinite Creator sees you and relates to you—the parent or parents, and the child or children. All are held in love. And by honoring and embracing the oh so difficult but profound opportunity that the child offers, agonizing though it may be at times, one may learn to purify the heart through love, and thus move ever closer and closer to the Creator, to participate in the nature of the Creator, to channel the One into what may otherwise, to the shallow perception, seem to be the mundane circumstances of the life: the washing of the dishes, the driving to the school, the conflict with the beloved child, the straining of the mind to figure out how to guide the child as they face their own confusion and change.
You are doing sacred work, our friends. It requires not an authority to bestow this understanding upon you, but only your own recognition that this moment and all within it is sacred. And then it becomes less about what you are doing upon an outer level [and more about] how you are doing it. For your true vocation, whether you are a parent or a monk or any career or role available to you in this world, is one of being. That being does not stop being because you must change the diaper or attend the school meeting. That being does not become less available to you. As we have said, it is a matter of your own attention and intention and doing that inner work which you may always do through each and every circumstance, along with the not doing: the resting in trust and in faith that all is well. That this—and just this—is the Creator, and you are that.
With gratitude to this circle and to the questioner for their heartfelt seeking and question, we would now transfer our contact to the one known as Austin. We are those known to you as the principle of Q’uo.

Q’uo
I am Q’uo, and I’m once again with this instrument. My friends, it has been a great joy to be able to join you in this circle, to offer our thoughts to the queries upon your minds and your hearts. As we get ready to take our leave of this circle, we witness the great jewel filled with light, with many facets that you have created in your time here together. Indeed, your presence here and the experiences that you have shared in which love has seemed so easily accessible is not necessarily a special moment in time that will pass. Instead, what you have experienced here is closer to the truth of eternity. You have witnessed the One Infinite Creator that is always present and always available in any moment that you experience, though this awareness is made more possible by your interaction with your other-selves, by your collective calling and seeking to pierce the veil of forgetting.
This perception remains ever available to you, and we encourage you to hold this perception in your heart as you return to your lives. As you depart from this sacred space and continue your journey upon this planet, remember that you are here for a purpose, and you have discovered more of that purpose during your time together. That is to recognize the love in every moment, to radiate that love of the One Infinite Creator to this planet, so that you may help others awaken to this opportunity to realize eternity and to realize the presence of the One Infinite Creator within each self. So that you, as a planetary population, as you continue to awaken to this truth and this reality, may make the transition that is in process from the third density to the fourth density of love and understanding.
We of the Confederation of Planets in Service to the One Infinite Creator are giving that which we can to aid in this transition, but it is through you, those wanderers and seekers upon the planet, that this reality may be born. And it is through your recognition of love in every moment that it becomes more and more of a reality available to all others upon your planet.
We thank you, my friends, for this opportunity, and we leave you, as we join you, in the love and in the light of the one Infinite Creator. Adonai, my friends. Adonai vasu borragus.
The Choice is, as you put it, the work of a moment but is the axis upon which the creation turns.
