Council of Saturn

From the Ra Contact: The council which guards the Earth; “located in the octave, or eight[h] dimension, of the planet Saturn”; consists of representatives from the Confederation and from those vibratory levels of the Earth’s inner planes bearing responsibility for the Earth’s third density; operates by means of telepathic contact with the oneness or unity of the nine members who sit in constant session; backed up by twenty-four entities (i.e., the Guardians) which offer their services as requested. Among its duties, it admits social memory complexes to the Confederation; grants permission to break Earth’s quarantine for specific missions of service, and offers counsel and support to Confederation members in their efforts to be of service to third density entities.
